These Terms and Conditions apply to the Omakase Message mobile app (the "Application") provided by K-Stone Works (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider. Copying, modifying, extracting source code, or creating derivative versions of the Application is prohibited.
Changes and Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application at any time. If new charges are introduced, you will be notified in advance.
Security
The Application stores and processes your personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is not recommended, as it increases security risks and may affect the Application's functionality.

The Application requires an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for connection issues or data charges. Any applicable communication fees are your responsibility.
Except in cases of the Service Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Service Provider's liability for any damages arising from reliance on information provided by the Application is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
AI Features
The Application uses AI technology, which may involve AI-based data processing and content generation. The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content cannot be guaranteed. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Service Provider's liability for damages arising from AI-generated content is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated from time to time. Continued use may require updates due to OS requirement changes. The Service Provider will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice before terminating the service, except where prevented by unavoidable technical or legal circumstances.
Changes to Terms
When these Terms are updated, the new version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 1, 2026.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's principal place of business.
